Townhouse Røyken

Røyken is a growing city, and this project focuses on revitalizing its riverfront while creating a safe and inviting residential community. By blending urban development with natural elements, it enhances quality of life and strengthens community connections.

The design includes new housing, commercial spaces, and public gathering areas to accommodate population growth. The riverfront is transformed with pedestrian-friendly pathways, green spaces, and a semi-public garden, offering a peaceful retreat. Flood mitigation measures ensure long-term environmental sustainability.

With a well-structured layout, the project improves connectivity and accessibility, balancing traffic flow with pedestrian safety. By enhancing infrastructure and fostering a sense of place, this renewal initiative reimagines Røyken as a thriving, sustainable city for future generations.
